Establishment of “Asia-Pacific Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine Curing Asthma” in the Hospital

In order to study Chinese medicine in the treatment of asthma,to bring into full play the characteristics of Chinese medicine and to carry better forward Chinese medicine, “Asia-Pacific Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine Curing Asthma”? was established in Hebei Key Chinese Medicine Section—Xianghe Branchitis&Asthma Hospital, decided by the higher-level science and technology department. President of the hospital, ?Zhang Haopo is the director of the institute and vice-director Dong Shujiang who is branchitis&asthma specislist and the academic leader and head of the department.
The establishment of “Asia-Pacific Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine Curing Asthma” in our hospital is the full recognition of the treatment of respiratory diseases and original Chinese medicine-based "Green immune enhancement system" recognized by Higher authorities and leaders at all levels. It has been a major breakthrough in the treatment of bronchitis and asthma with Chinese medicine after decades of years of exploration and study thjrough several generations. In early 2008, the national initiative of “Green Immune Enhancement System” began to form. Chinese medicine-based “Green Immune Enhancement System” is a combination of modern medicine immunology theory with decades of experience in Chinese medicine treating bronchitis and asthma in the hospital. With this treatment, most of the patients with branchitis and asthma can fundamentally improve their immune function and their disease will be completely cured. Although the hospital has now developed into a largest non-profit medical organization treating respiratory diseases in northern China, as a state-owned hospital with research, teaching and medical treatment in one, the hospital never stops where it is and always considers it its own responsibility to explore and develop Chinese medicine to benefit all humankind. So the staff of the hospital will make every effort to study profound traditional Chinese medicine for the people’s health.
